Hello everyone! Have a great Monday 🙋🏻♀️
We need both mind and body equally to carry out our daily activities. As we age, we face the challenges of ageing, living, working, struggling to have a fit mind and a body. Therefore, food being an important source of energy, we need to give our undivided attention to what we consume daily. This Mind diet is a routine plan of what we need to consume daily to keep our mind healthy and prevent us from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other age-related illness.

Thanks for reading.
Blessings and much love to all 💐
Wow! This was so helpful and informative! Thank you so much🥰🥰
Thank you so much for the appreciation.
The only things I won’t have on the list are fish and poultry because I’m vegan. The rest is great.
You can surely have vegan sources of protein like lentils, beans, peas and even Tofu instead of fish and chicken. Anyway, thank you so much for the like.
Oh yes … pulses, vegetables and grains are what I eat and a great source of protein.
That’s good to know. Stay Blessed and stay smiling!
You too. 😁
P.s. I think you may have misread my first comment. I said the only things on the list I WON’T eat are fish and poultry. The rest I do eat.
That’s okay. 😊
good…i will start with wine… haha joking… in reality, i dont drink…except here and there because of social obligations…and sometimes i like to pour myself a glass of ‘rakija’ i dont know if you know what it is… we make our own rakija…so it is hard sometimes to not drink it when it is in every corner of the house… but yes, i believe a glass of something alcoholic is very beneficial for health.
Good to know about ‘rakija’, didn’t hear before. Anyway, thank you so much for the like .
I too, don’t drink at all, not even wine.
Thank you for sharing, Dr. Sharma! Hope to see more such content from you. Kudos for using a platform like WordPress to create awareness on such things.
Thank you so much 😊
Your Mind Diet looks worth trying. It’s full of all the things I love. Trouble is: I love rice, noodles, potatoes, bread and salty things like chips, too. It’s a mindful diet that would eliminate the stuff that’s not on the list!!
Actually, diet chart is a guideline to show us healthier food options. What ever you have mentioned are carbohydrates. So, among the carbs too, you can choose healthier carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread or noodles so on. Anyway, thank you so much for the like.
Very interesting and thank you for sharing. I am always on the lookout for holistic healing habits.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
I started a blog recently about the food we are eating. Recently I have realized how important it is to take your body more seriously. Thank you for your great post.
Thank you so much for valued opinion and appreciation.
Thank you so much 😊
Great info!
Thank you so much.
